\/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n如果你從這4句話裡有感受到什麼的話，請你再繼續聽我說下去。你可能會問：這到底跟變好命有什麼邏輯關係啊。以佛教唯識論的觀點來看萬法由心所造，耶穌也說一切的果效由心發出，或者我用更簡單的方式說明，你覺得你戀愛運不好，你覺得工作不順，你覺得家人都在跟你作對。這三件不一樣的事都有一個共通點：那就是「都有你」，「你都在場」。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003E\n為自己的生命負起完全的責任\u003C\/h3\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n所以「你」，當然要負起完全的責任，因為，別人感受不到你的世界，你也感受不到我的世界，我們只能為自己的世界負責。要怎麼負責呢？就是好好愛自己，傾聽自己的內在小孩，傾聽自己的潛意識，然後用4句話去關心自己的內在小孩。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n荷歐波諾波諾認為你今世遇到的所有不順，都是你「累世輪迴記憶的不斷重播」；你的不順，不是只有今世不順，如果你沒有好好清理自己，擁抱自己的內在小孩，你生生世世都會不順，就像一直重播同一支youtube影片一樣。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n可是當你使用4句話將記憶歸零，自我就會回歸原本屬於完美存在，你和你的內在小孩和好以後，你負起了所有責任，你改變了自己，所以其它也就改變了。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n這4句話你可以試著在生活中嚐試，有效果、那很好，沒效，你也不吃虧啊。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n我自己從中受益很多，每當我覺得工作很不順利，或是感情的事心靈受傷，我都會用這4句話取代別的想法，不要去怨天怨地怨別人，好好的用這4句話去治療自己：對不起，請原諒我，\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n謝謝你，我愛你。\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Ch3\u003E\n四句話實際的操作：\u003C\/h3\u003E\n\u003Ch4\u003E\n先說「對不起」和「請原諒我」\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/h4\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n說這些話是要承認有某樣東西 – 在你不知道事什麼的情況下 – 進入了你的身體\/心智系統中，你不知道它是怎麼來的，也不需要知道。 如果你超重，你只是感染了使你超重的程式，透過說\"對不起\"，你是告訴神性你想請求原諒，為你內在帶來這種情況的任何事情請求原諒。你不是請求神性寬恕你，而是請求神性來幫助你原諒你自己。\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Ch4\u003E\n之後說「謝謝你」和「我愛你」\u003C\/h4\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n當你說謝謝你時，是在表達你的感激，表現你的信任，相信所有問題都會以對每個相關的人最好的方式獲得解決。我愛你則讓阻塞的能量重新流動，也讓你與神性重新連結。因為零的狀態是純粹的愛之一，而且沒有極限，所以透過表達愛，你會達到那個狀態。接下來要發生的事，就完全交給神性(Divine)了。\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr
