, \u0026quot;tahoma\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;helvetica\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;freesans\u0026quot; , sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;\"\u003E分店的生活其實是很有趣的，自認很有＂母性＂的人真的好適合當分店秘書，因為這裡可以讓大家學習如何成為一個稱職又高EQ的母親；舉凡挑食、生病、情緒低落、失戀、暗戀、馬桶堵塞、椅子不好坐等許許多多狗屁倒灶的事，都會莫名的讓妳精神崩潰，因為妳會突然發現，原來，大家的屁股都好尊貴，因為沒有一張椅子是好坐的，原來，大家的生活習慣都很差，就算文具上貼了名字一樣會不翼而飛，而且在幾天後妳可能會在廁所、會議室的積滿灰塵的小角落或某個業務的抽屜裡發現失散多日的文具們，重點是他們不會愧疚，只會傻傻的對著妳笑，笑的妳心裡發寒；當他們存著對上一任對他們膫若指掌的秘書念念不忘的愛的時候，真的不要幻想他們會同樣有愛的對待妳，這不是在寫小說，除了靠自己被激發出來的厚臉皮撐下去以外就只能祈禱上一任秘書會協助妳快點進入狀況\u003C\/span\u003E\u003Cspan style=\"background-color: white; , \u0026quot;tahoma\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;helvetica\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;freesans\u0026quot; , sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;\"\u003E當妳發現自己會開始莫名焦慮的時候絕對不是因為大姨媽要來了，翻翻日曆，嗯～柲書的爆發期來臨，生人勿近指數直逼超級塞亞人，催帳、核業績、核薪資、換櫥窗、月會資料整理、三百種樣式的表格匯整都會把妳一步步逼成催狂魔，然後在崩潰之後內心的小宇宙會突然燃起一簇I will not DIE today!的鬥志！在小宇宙還在燃燒的同時妳會收到一封全公司由北到南都可以看到的＂秘書稽核表＂，裡面洋洋灑灑的寫明妳這個月犯了什麼錯誤，所以妳這個月參加秘書月會時不會領到小禮物（我當時心想，員工福利金老娘也是有被扣款的耶！！！翻桌），但這就是＂公司一直以來的潛規則＂，其實也不用太難過，小禮物可能只是廠商送的很醜陋的便利貼而已。\u003C\/span\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr style=\"background-color: white; , \u0026quot;tahoma\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;helvetica\u0026quot; , \u0026quot;freesans\u0026quot; , sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;\"\u003E其實身為房仲業的秘書，這些都只是冰山小小的一角，員工本身也就是大企業的小小塵埃，對公司來說不會賺錢的人自己就要有相當的認知，反正妳在分店所有人的眼裡妳就是＂總公司＂了，妳是資訊部、總務部、行政部，甚至是法務部，問題丟給妳，解決就對了；在職場上本來就有苦有樂有歡笑，當妳和分店的業務熟了以後，做事情其實會慢慢的如魚得水，但分店秘書的調動其實是頻繁的，很可能在分店才待了一兩年或甚至不到一年，又要被調至新的分店，一切從頭來過；雖然不是業務，但接待客戶或幫業務衝業績這事永遠不會少了妳這一份，面對福利的縮減除了默默忍耐就只有離職一途了，想讓日子好過一點的方法就是＂放棄掙扎＂。\u003C\/span\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr style=\"background-color: white;
